Lululemon Run 10 Week Training Schedule

10-week training might be on the tighter side, but I did not have time before this to really focus on training. I will try to stick to the schedule…. on top of the abs challenge, and also my regular cardio kickboxing class….. and weekend hike… and afternoon walk….
If all successful, I will be very rip by the end of summer! LOL….
