No meat… But non-vegetarian as well since I used bouillon, which is chicken stock, in powder form…
Beehoon (mungbean noodle or vermicelli)
Sweet soy sauce
Fried thinly sliced garlic in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add onion, add the cabbage, add egg and stir-fry until the veggies are a tad soft and eggs harden (dried)
Add the (previously cooked in boiled water) beehoon, add soy sauce, bouillon, sweet soy sauce
Stir fry till dry-ish
Garnish with fried shallot and thai red chilli in fish sauce (beware: very hot – spicy)
