Beef Japchae (Fried Sweet Potato Noodle)

Bought a packet of sweet potato noodle, awhile ago, and only gotten to do something about it tonight. I tried japchae. Eventhough i dont exactly have carrot, green onion and the black ‘ear’ mushroom (kinda feel crunchy like ear. That’s what i used to call it since my mom always cooked it.)

Anyway here’s what’s in this particular japchae dish.
Beef
Enoki mushroom
Cabbage
Onion (yellow and red)
Garlic
Sesame oil
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce (brand: maggie)
Sweet Soy sauce (brand: ABC)
Yellow pepper
Thai chilli

So first cut the garlic, thin slices. Sautee in vegetable oil and sesame oil until golden brown.
Add the onion, cut into small pieces.
Add beef, pour soya sauce for flavour. Stir until almost cooked.
Add the sweet potato noodle (preparation: needs to be soaked in cold water for about 20min, put in boiling water for abt 7min and then run with cold water to prevent it to stick to each other)
Add cabbage, mushroom, yellow pepper, and sweet soy sauce and a little more sesame oil.
Then stir and stir and stir and stir….. And DONE!
