This is me, doing Pinterest, and trying out all kinds of stuff… Not too bad for first timer… was missing a pinch of salt, and probably could use a tad more spice… but other than that… i could say it’s pretty ‘tasty’…. *grin*. It’s really easy and quick to prepare… bake/grill time though, might take 45 min-1 hour…
1. Sautee garlic, onion, thai chilli and lemon zest with olive oil
2. Spray some PAM to the tray thingy… smear/dip the chicken into the sauteed ingredient…Put the chicken and the veggies or whatnot that you want into the baking tray. I added a couple slice of lemon below the chicken… Then salt and pepper to your liking.
I left it in the portable oven for like 45 min- 1 hour at 350-400F, i believe
3. Ready to serve!!
